Your first picture shows the area ( covered in grease ) just behind the oil fill, below the sparkplug, facing up ( to the sky) . The breather tube to the carb is in the way & should be removed ( for a better view of the numbers. )Remove the grease & you may find the number code here. It is stamped into the engine.
