I saw that car at MCACN last year. It also has some weird chrome wheelwell trim that someone added.

There was a white 1973 SD-455 TA bought new that had headers and gears installed on Day 2, and the owner went drag (and street) racing. The car only had a couple hundred miles when it was parked for decades. It's basically a time capsule, but the owner did indeed do a few things to it back in the day. Items were reinstalled or corrected when these cars became high dollar investments decades later, and the car was sold to a collector.
