My first thought by your last pictures was the door needs to come out at the front to line up with the rocker.
But that wouldn't help at all to line up the quarter panel, there is definitely a issue at the lower door and quarter.
In frame 2.17 of the video it looks like you could maybe adjust the fender out a bit at the top, "hood gap".
Pull the door out to the fender, then pull the striker in a bit, that would help.
