Yeah, looks like you'd have to shorten your shaft to use that Spicer yoke.
But, it may be worth your time to go back to the Denny's site I posted, & check the measurements of the Neapco brand yoke. I think it's MUCH closer to what you need than the Spicer yoke in your pic. They also have listings for LOTS of Spicer yokes. If you have the part number for that Spicer yoke, Denny's may have a diagram of it, showing all dimensions.
