That’s fixable. I know a guy out here with a great ‘69 GTO that has been “totaled” 3 times! (it looks great today.)
I fixed mine after my wreck, and opinions on here were about 80% “scrap it!”
Hopefully you got it towed to your house, otherwise it’s costing you money at a tow yard, and your decision will soon be made for you.
As has been said - focus on what’s important: your son is ok. When I was in high school, some cheerleader ran a light and hit my car. I went to a nearby house and called the cops, then I called my dad at work. I said “Hi, dad - I got in a car accident,” and he immediately started screaming about what a piece of **** I was. I hung up on him, and it dawned on me that he had no idea if I was hurt or not. I’m gonna remember that when it’s tIme to pick a home for him - haha. Don’t be one of those dads.
