Oversized valve stems are pretty uncommon, It seems like these were available only to large rebuilders so the universal remedy is to use press in liners to restore valve guides.
Rod bearings are easy, seems like they are the same as Chevy? Widely available.
Mains are OHC specific.
Pistons, I would use Egge only if their cast pistons have steel struts cast in them to control expansion as many of their in house pistons used to lack this key feature.
