If someone or glass co. talk you into using the urethane instead of the tape shown. In addition to urethane spreading or flatting . the glass can set to low. This will make moldings fit pour. The butyl will set the glass the correct height
I put the tape on the edge of the glass and set it . but ether way will work.
I think Jerry is correct about clips . Been to long ago for me to remember for sure.
Tip ..put the clips in before installing glass . if you chip the edge of the W/S its gonna crack . Back light is tempered much tougher
