I've been looking for a book that I bought back in the '80's called something like "The American Supercar". I lent it to someone about two months after I bought it and never got it back. The guy moved about 6 months later taking several books with him that I haven't been able to find again including a book by Waddell Wilson on engine building that was real good.
It was a history of American high performance cars going back to the beginning of the industry but focusing on the cars from the '50's on. It was very good and I'd love to find a good used copy again.
