That sounds like a '73 wheel. No IC stamps for '73 or later fat formys. I don't know how you'd get the grooves out though. I suppose applying some gentle heat might help, but I'd hate to see it crack. I guess for a while I'd just let it sit and see what happens. Is there a physical diff between a blank and an ic? Is it possible that my wheel never got the hand engraving. That's what im wondering. I seen the ic engraved wheel and it's done by hand. Probably not hard to relocate too.
