As far as value, I'm guessing, but I'd think the IC stamped wheels have more value since they were on lower production cars.
Is there a physical diff between a blank and an ic? Is it possible that my wheel never got the hand engraving. That's what im wondering. I seen the ic engraved wheel and it's done by hand. Probably not hard to relocate too.
