A Tale of Three Center Links...

The OEM piece had about a foot of crud on them, so I decided to replace. Rockauto had TRW pieces on clearance and were the same part number as the Moog pieces. I received it quickly and realized they were simply cast steel, not forged. Also, note the pivot opening - or lack of. The angles and bends were much shallower than the stock piece also. To rockautos credit they IMMEDIATELY refunded the purchase cost.



The Moog piece was supplied by Ames. Pretty close to the stock unit. I would love to know how to test the centerlink to see if they are good - usually they are the last thing replaced on a front end...
