Matt-
The old quarters were original so I cut off the rear pieces and saved them for a template.
As far as the rear quarter extension mouldings thats easy, Just have a friend hold them in place and drill the 3 bottom holes and screw them in then pull a tape line across the top and take the moulding off and mark new clips and drill.
The rocker mouldings are easy too. There are 2 large clips at front and back. I replaced the rockers so I had to re drill a hole in the rocker near rear wheel well. Once you do that you can access the retaining nut from inside the wheelwell. The moulding attaches inside the door opening too and then under the rock there will be (2) 6" brackets that attach to moulding lip and screwed to rockers
