Been a while since i caught this up. I ended up doing a mini-mechanical restoration on a friends 66 Lincoln Continental.... an effort to make some money to pay for my project. While the money side worked out well, my project sat. I did make enough to pay for several things for my project. My heads just hit their 1 year anniversary at SD Performance, so hoping to see them sometime in the near future. The machine shop has the block ready to go, align bored and honed, crank is done and ready and block is bored out .030 over, and awaiting final hone. We won't go any further on that until i get the heads back. The brake booster is out in California, and i have the dash pad, steering wheel and cluster bezel all restored and back from the vendors. Pete Siero has the cluster and clock, and i have the transmission here and finished. My lovely wife let me have a stripper for a day a couple of weeks ago
, so i am in the process of cleaning the body back up and getting ready for some primer. Not moving as quickly as i would like, but still moving none the less.
