My email would occasionally get rejected by recipients when I had Time Warner for the same reason, too much spam was originating there. Usually it was fairly temporary.
I'm sure there is a site somewhere that can run a check on your email or IP ... they have them to check everything else.
Also ... the forum might have limits on the number of posts from a single user within a certain time frame .... did you post a whole bunch of stuff?
