The 69 is the same as my 70, except the 70 has metal model plaques. Be careful not to crack the dash! It is better after the car sits in the sun and the dash gets hot and more pliable. The insert fits into that "envelope" in the dash. Try to gently move it to the left or right so you can gently pry it out. Once you get it started it comes out fairly easily. The dash has some elasticity to it. Just take it slow and don't over do it.
