I got my 1969 Camaro L78 SS396 for $35
My fathers friend (a doctor) bought it new and after the ‘73 oil embargo simply left it in the garage. By 1988 he had a couple of Big Mercedes and just wanted space in the garage. He just told my dad if I wanted it just pay the towing bill to get it out of the garage I could have it.
About 6 years ago my friend in Texas wanted his 79 TA out of his moms garage as she was moving. The car been sitting there since he moved there in 1990. $500.
It’s still running the same factory stock 1971 455 we installed in 1989-90.
