back in 1982 I already had a 69 judge raIV, I heard about a 69 gto in chanute ks just sitting. bought it for $150 bucks only missing the motor. it was silver with black interior, black vinyl top, 4 speed, 3.55 posi, sport wood factory steering wheel. i was young, was no sense of rarity yet, and i dis-assembled the car for fun and to learn how every nut bolt went together then parted it out and remaining carcass went to the salvage yard for 20 bucks! oh my.
