Earlier in the thread, some asked me if I planned to put all this into book form. As I said, I had absolutely NO intention of making a book out of it.
BUT, TJ didn't say that. About a year ago, she decided that she wanted to somehow record this thread, in case the thread, or the entire forum disappears.
Well, it took her an entire year to do it, but she has now completed her project. She has almost everything in the entire thread, plus a few of her comments, in PDF form, which can be downloaded.
It was an enormous undertaking. Since somebody mentioned that they'd buy a copy of a book, we've decided to make this PDF available to anyone who wants it, for $20 each. TJ will get all the proceeds, which will probably only pay her a few cents per hour.
