I have to agree that Hagerty is great and they offer some great events to give back to the enthusiast community. Not sure that they do a great job marketing some of these events though- maybe they're trying to avoid over-crowding? I don't think I received any notification of this event. Not that would have gone, but still, it was in the same county as me.
I attended a track day they sponsored at Lime Rock in October of 2018. It was an awesome deal, only $75 for four 20 minute track sessions. I think they only had around 20 cars, and two of those came from me telling guys that hadn't gotten the invite. I also expected to see more "collector" cars at the event. There were only like 5 cars that I would call "vintage" at the event, including my '79 Trans Am. Mostly '90s and up Porsche 911s and such.
