Carb doesn't look correct but shoot me the number and I'll let you know for sure.
That CLEAR Timing belt is very cool. I have never seen anything like that??
Be careful with it when you get to removal I'd love to see it off the engine.
Yes 66-68 timing cover will work. 66 is the only year they used an aluminum cover then they switched to fiberglass.
