The motor still ran, but it was mixing oil and water. Since the car was coming together nicely we decided to have a 400 built for it. My neighbor builds transmissions so he built the transmission for it. I had a 65 Tri Power so we added that to it for some glam.
The shop did a great job cleaning up the engine compartment and getting the motor together. I’m really happy with the way it’s coming together. The spacers for the valve cover will be painted engine color and the correct fuel lines, filter, etc will be added this week.
If I’m lucky we will get it fired up later this week
