That carb seems to be a frankenstein of sorts, the main body (and probably the throttle plate) seem to be 66/67 & the air horn & choke plate seem to be 73/74.
The Air horn probably warped (common issue when the front mount bolts are over tightened) and you location limited replacement parts, so they used what was available.
