I don't see any studs in the 68 factory/assembly manuals or the restoration guide. Just bolts and washers.
Bolts and flat washers from the crossmember to the mount, bolts and lock washers from the mount to the trans.
Maybe another cup o'Joe may help.
I think the restoration manual drawing may be for earlier cars.
