Looking back at the various pictures above its apparent that the decals were applied depending upon the guy on the line. But I would tend to believe the Motor Trend Car of the Year photo would be the most accurate. You would think that Pontiac would want the best appearing car from the Press Pool in that article.
Then again, the brochure picture for the exhaust tip option kinda blows that theory out of the water...
