I guess a 67 GTO Vert would be cheaper on SoftRay-ALL option than a 67 Hdtp.
With a clear plastic back window
They didn't price it that way, bodystyle didn't impact the soft ray prices... I only have 69 costs but I'd imagine the idea didn't change... for example a firebird ragtop (plastic rear window) had the same option price for soft ray all as a hardtop. Another example is that wagons, softray all was also the same price on a wagon despite having much more glass pieces and area.

Actually the way GM priced it was by body group; one price for F body, one price for A body and one price for B body (in 69 the G body used the B price even though it was really just a modified B body).

69 prices (first number is just windshield, second is all glass:
F body...$22.12, $32.65
A body...$26.33, $32.65
B&G body: $29.49, $44.23

A thing to remember is that these options were basically free money for GM, I don't imagine it actually cost more to produce a tinted window, the only real extra cost was the management of extra part numbers and two different inventories of glass at the assembly plants.
