Wow, you may be able save it and just have block checked for cracks and if its good I would:
Replace ALL the dowels.
Since its already drilled for 4-bolt mains, get the non splayed 4bolt main caps (Program Eng)
Bore to next size that cleans it up
rebuild with lighter weight rotating assembly that will live & 7,000 RPMS!
Then install a two stage rev limiter for burn outs and red line!
You may want to check the classifieds, George is selling a set of 6.7" aluminum rods for a song and a prayer... I would have picked them up if he was selling them 2 months ago.
