I paid $600.00 for my 68 Firebird in 1979 from a used car dealership called "Fairly Reliable Bobs". My dad thought I was making a big mistake...he thought I should have bought a Plymouth Satellite sitting on the same lot. It was a super clean car with a white interior. I've since painted it and redone the interior and has had a number of motors and transmissions in it. It was my first car and I still own it today.
