Who/what? The wrench Rugratman mentioned?
My little Craftsman 3/8-7/16 combo wrench fits nicely on every bolt. I have to guide it onto some of the bolts with my fingers as my eyes (can't see 3 or 4 of the bolts...), but that's proved easy to do.
