I agree with iowa, that is a great deal and I'm surprised that it didn't sell last time. Unless the minimum was higher than that before, I can't recall.
If I was serious about aquiring it (and I would be if I was wealthy), I would wait till the last half hour, and put the minimum bid on it.
Perhaps someone has already hatched that plan.
