With the right amt of rustfree sheetmetal & quality metal work, sure the T/A can be restored, but will it have anything close to an original born with drivetrain. Both factors are what drive a selling price. the car needs to be moved onto concrete the engine & transmission carefully pulled. With engine & trans out, the full extent of damage can be examined, only then can a prospective restorer know what he is buying..

-freeze cracked block(?)
-cylinder bores so rusty that multiple cylinders will need sleeves(?)
-cylinder heads with several chambers that are heavily rust pocked(?)
...the pic of the front of the drivers side cyl head where it mates to the exhaust manifold show serious rust damage.
-correct distributor(?) can it be removed without destroying it (?)
-carburetor, is it a water dog(?) base of fuel bowl corroded(?)
-M22...is it the original matching M22(?)
have had quite a few 455 HO projects, have even had an original M22 that was prev rebuilt with a no ring M21 input shaft & gear set. to confirm what one has, the side cover has to come off.

All of the above come into factor. If quite a few major components ck out, your chances of selling this anywhere near the price range you're asking is many times improved.
