Hard to give a real life value without inspecting a car in person.
(one mans minimal work needed is another mans full restoration)
Historically Cammers rarely break 25K.
The OHC guys are a stand alone breed and we bring these cars back to life and maintain them,
knowing full well there is no gold at the end of the Cammer rainbow.
Jay Leno just picked up a '68 FB similar to your description and IIRC he's going to give a full tilt restoration, I doubt he overpaid
A rare example is a '67 FB Drop-Top that was sold at auction for $29.700 earlier this year.
A nice car but has returned to auction twice since and can't break $27.
