Default Passenger wheel is crooked. Where to start.

Hotrodjohn71

Before I tear into this problem I'd like to ask some opinions.
I acquired a 67 firebird project car. The passenger side front wheel does not look straight like the drivers side does.
I can see a scrape or possible impact mark on about a 3 inches long mark on that passenger wheel but I cannot confirm if it's related.
I eyeballed both sides control arms as I have the engine out and I can't as of yet see anything that stands out.
I would think a curb shot impact would cause the wheel to be clocked with the top of the wheel out instead of in.
Where do I look first? Thanks
