This is the only reason I bought my place...3 bay commercial shop with a small house next to it
I don't even call the house a house...it's a cabin..Just me and the cat so WTF..
The garage is built into a bank,1/2 in ground. Stays pretty warm even in VA winters and cool in the summers..Garage has lift,80 gal compressor,heat,AC,stereo,wired for cable,hot/cold water & slop sink but no bathroom...
But has a old grease pit style floor drain..Even has it's own seperate electric service.
Rigth now the Kubota & John Deere occupy one bay....soon to change..
