If you have a brown wire with a red connector near fuse block inside, think that should be a power source for your tach and lights will be on w/ ignition switch. Not sure when it changed from grey rheostat wire 68's used but 70 was this way I believe,,to reduce moisture in tach by having the lamps lit as a heat source.
