As stated earlier, great job - much improved, nice work!
Agreeing with Ken, further improvement could be made with Font choice and some kerning changes. I agree that Franklin Gothic is close. HGSGothicE appears better "out of the box" for kerning pairs IMO (with what exists in my MS Office Suite font choices), but still not exact "as is". I'm certain that some playing with type faces in Adobe Creative Suite apps could resolve that.
