Hi Everybody -- Thanks for following along.
After a little break - we are finally back to working on the '64. Sometimes slow downs just can't be avoided.
But at this point Cam is working on all the little things before buttoning up his end of things. The list at this point (barring any new "discoveries") is minor straightening, filling a few holes, and finishing one last patch panel.
First up...Here are some pictures of the final lower fender patch. Some of the fabrication process is pictured above.
This fender will get a few more ding repairs and have the holes from the Lemans/Tempest displacement badge at the nose welded shut.
Cam is also addressing the only rust we found on the car, which was in the area of the body where the tail panel and floor come together and the fuel tank filler comes through.

Some other work has been done too - like straightening of some damaged metal, filling small holes, etc.
Once the rest of the list is buttoned up, it will be shot with epoxy primer. Then I have to get to work.
