That’s because they would have. Thats kind of the point with running aluminum heads. They’ll tolerate more compassion than an ion head.
But to each his own, its all In having right combination with CAM being key.
You are correct Marcella did‘nt do the build, Chirs U ( sp ) did but it was Marcella top end ( his old Pro Port heads ) made 995 hp. on pump gas.
My advise to anyone with no experience ( first time ) pushing The compression envelope it’s a consult with the experts. Because picking the right cam is key.
