My unrestored '64 GTO convert Nov '63 Fremont build is smooth, no apparent "seam" between the decklid and rear window.
If I understand correctly, the seam would more or less follow the decklid gap from rear to front, the seam extending the gap up to the trim.
I know I have read years ago that this seam was leaded smooth on the convertibles. I thought that would have been common knowledge for judging.
