The 8 lug wheels I've put on two separate cars all ran very straight, it just depends on how well they were treated by previous owners.
There are places in the US that can straighten steel wheels; I would assume there should be some in your country as well, but they may be hard to find - since most cars these days have alloy wheels, there aren't many places that still work on steel ones.
