I think it IS everyones business to know what vendors you can count on if there is a problem. Especially if it has THEIR name on it!! I would most likely never buy an aftermarket block but I do have aftermarket heads and will buy more in the future. It's looking like I will not be in the market for KRE's if this is the type of customer service I can expect if there is a casting problem.
I have looked at other products that they have and thought about buying from them but it's not looking good now. I have not made a final judgement but.......
