My 69 and 74 parts catalog lists the following: 65-66 All, # 9777567, Switch, Hazard Flasher (w/harness) Group 2.575. New Old Stock (NOS) is out there but may be hard to find. A good used one will work as long as it is complete and not all hacked up.
As I previously stated the design was the same for the 64-66 years for all of the GM line so any of them should work. I bought a NOS for an Oldsmobile and the instructions shows it fit Cutlass, Toronado, and full size Olds. I used it on my 64 GTO and it was pretty much a plug and play with the same connectors as shown in the first picture. The only thing I had to do was use a different 12V power source.
