7046927 is the SPARE PART-NUMBER found in the Pontiac MPC for the 1970 Bonneville 455 H.T.-4 BC exc. E.E.S. or H.P. Rochester Quadrajet stamped 7040262.
Also as found in the Delco/Rochester Manual #9 24-6010 as a Service Replacement for 1970 400/455 non-California All Transmissions.
There is NOTHING Chevy about this unit.
Also, a 7040273 would have 7036914 and 24-672 stamped on the Delco box, NOT 7040273. The actual application number was never stamped on the box.
