I have been running the 5.3 in my Lemans for about 2 weeks; yesterday it was getting pretty warm - 89 Celsius.
I think that this was the factory setting; the T-stat is marked 87.* Has anyone run a different (lower) temp and what were the results?
The radiator has a slight leak (a drip every 5 seconds) so is being replaced with an aluminum/plastic unit.
