A few years ago , car developed flickering lights when running(64Bonneville) Tested by ( B&W auto electric inc.) alternator/voltage regulator a few times and both were good , added grounds(extra ones) still filckering lights. Put a NOS headlight switch in ,still flickering lights, Changed the ignition switch with a NOS 8 pin , and presto .No more flickering lights
