I'll look into the 66 piece as I'm pretty sure I have one here. The Chevy pulley actually lines with the crank and ps pump fine, it just doesn't seat the half inch belt well.
Was there a 4" water pump length in 11 bolt as well as the 4.5"? If there was, it would solve my issue. I know I read that somewhere but that means little on the www.
