Early to mid 90's, PY was offering the above Qjets, id have to dig out an old catalogue. Believe around the same time, the country's largest Olds repro parts supplier were offering restamps from same Carburetor rebuilder. As a non RA application Qjet, can't see a big problem with running one of them on anything short of a Concours restoration. By the rebuilder taking, say a common Rochester 7029262 or 7040262 & turning it into a 7029268 or 7029263, it's basically a wash value wise. For a driver type deal, if the restamp 7029263's coloring is really nice & runs well, most likely you're ahead of buying say a core barrel Carter version, or an original Rochestor version that's been through a mass rebuilder & had a vac modulator port added as well as a DSTV port added to the throttle body so it could be run on a '68.
