They are Wilwood parts that I bought from Summit. (The replacements, anyways.) I highly suspect that Red loctite wasn't used when this was re-assembled with those washers.
I spent some time of the phone with Wilwood today - they supply thicker brackets that should be able to fix this for me - We'll give 'em a shot.
