That looks to me like a rubber mount between the rear of transmission and the short fabbed crossmember.

I thought I had better photos of the rear bell housing mounts on that page but I didn't. I'll add some when I get a little time, there has been interest in it in the past.

Here are more detailed photos of the mounts. You can clearly see the metal plates made to adapt the motor mounts to the bell housing. Either the 55-57 or 58 mounts can be used, the only difference is the placement of the holes on the upper part of mount.
