If 59 is basically like 60, look at the hubs on the end of the rear axles. If you are lucky enough to find two paint swabs on one of them that might indicate a safety trak unless the punkin has been changed or a safety trak axle was used as a replacement. For 1960 a yellow / green combo was a 3.08 safety trak for example.
