My question is on a streetable roller cammed 467 with AC is the two extra inches make it worth exchanging the radiator and getting the kit? I have the 1.25 fin radiator already but it’s a 15. I will have aftermarket AC

Every motor is different. Every rebuilt motor is even MORE different. There's no way to know for sure. A lot of guys are fine with the 15" big core but some motors just run really hot. The fact that you have AC definitely adds to the heat quite a bit.
I can tell you that the tall radiator at 2" x 20" wide x 3" deep is a LOT more fluid.
