I found that the 4 rear mounts were the worst, the bolts were rusted and the trunk sheet metal needed to be cut thru to expose the nut. the hole could be patched up later. I would try rattling the bolt with a impact wrench at low pressure to try and loosen the rust first before putting a bunch of torque on it. Too much zorch and the nut will break free, then you will need to get at it from the top side.
If you can locate the mounts from the trunk side in advance, add plenty of anti-rust stuff over time to help loosen it up.
